This is a collection of easy Instant Pot soups to make during the winter season.
The soup season starts when the Fall comes, and the chill is in the air. There is nothing better than a bowl of warm soup that sticks to your ribs on a cold night. Soups are considered comforting and nutritious as there is a wonderful blend of vegetables, proteins, and starch that are usually balanced and absolutely delicious.
Making soup got suddenly easier with the invention of the Instant Pot, your new best friend. This wonderful kitchen gadget helps you make recipes in just a few minutes that would otherwise take hours to put together.
I am very old school when it comes to new kitchen gadgets, and I resisted investing in new trendy stuff for years.
However, one day, I read some articles about Instant Pot and got very interested. I went to buy one, and I can tell you that I instantly fell in love with it.
Instant Pot = Instant Love!
I have never used a pressure cooker before, but I have to tell you that I am no longer making soup in a regular pot since I have the Instant Pot. I also moved from one continent to another this year.
As I could not take my Instant Pot with me (we transitioned from 110V to 220V), this was my priority when we settled into our new home. Buying a new Instant Pot was one of the first investments I made.
Benefits Of Using The Instant Pot
- Versatility in Recipes: Ideal for a wide array of dishes, particularly soups and stews.
- Time-Efficient Cooking: Significantly reduces cooking times compared to traditional methods.
- Flavor Enhancement: Helps meld flavors beautifully, giving the impression of long-simmering dishes.
- Sauté Function: Allows for traditional cooking techniques at the start, preserving taste and flavor.
- Convenience: Requires minimal supervision. Just set the ingredients, close the lid, and the pot handles the rest.
- Hassle-Free: Eliminates the need for constant stirring or watching, making cooking a more relaxed experience.
