Very easy to make, these pastries will win your heart in no time! The mild saltiness of the cheese and the aromatic peppery bite black caraway seeds make these pastries delicious.

INGREDIENTS: – Puff Pastry Sheets  – Feta Cheese – Eggs – Black Caraway Seeds *Optional: fresh dill or dried dill

HOW TO MAKE: STEP 1. Defrost the puff pastry and use it while still cold. In the meantime, preheat the oven. Full recipe at: www.thebossykitchen.com

HOW TO MAKE: STEP 2. Cut the puff pastry accordingly and in a medium bowl, place the feta cheese and mash it with a fork. Add the egg and mix well.

STEP 3. Place a dollop of the cheese mixture in the middle of the puff pastry squares and fold the pastry in half or as a triangle.

STEP 4. Use a fork to seal the pastry around. Place each pastry on a parchment paper covered baking sheet.

STEP 5. Brush each pastry with egg and sprinkle them with black caraway seeds.
