unsalted butter
for buttering the pan

semi-sweet chocolate
chopped

sugar

tablespoon
instant coffee powder
2
teaspoons
pure vanilla extract

large eggs
lightly beaten

all purpose flour

teaspoon
ground cinnamon

semi-sweet chocolate chips
or coffee flavored chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F.
Butter a 9 inch square baking pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
Coat paper with butter. Set aside.
In a large saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate and butter together, stirring, until completely melted. Let cool slightly.
Whisk in sugar, coffee powder, vanilla, and eggs.
Add flour, cinnamon and salt.
Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly wet, 30-35 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
Run a sharp paring knife around edges, then invert. Peel off parchment paper and cut into 16 squares.
