Ingredients

Boston Lettuce head
1
Belgian endive
1
medium tomato
2-3
green onions
juice from 1 lemon
2
Tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and clean the vegetables.
Chop them bite size.
In a small jar put extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cover the jar and shake well until emulsified.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve chilled.
