Baked brandied cranberries sauce is a lovely and super easy recipe to make for Thanksgiving. You will never buy canned cranberries anymore!

Ingredients

oz
one bag of fresh cranberries
Optional: zest from one orange

cup
granulated sugar
juice from one orange
1
cup
brandy
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, mix cranberries with sugar, orange zest, and orange juice.
Place the mixture on a 9x13inch pan and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for one hour.
Remove the pan from the oven, uncover and let rest 3-4 minutes.
Add brandy and stir everything together.
Pour into pint jars and store in the refrigerator.
