Ingredients

apples
do not peel, sliced and chopped

granulated sugar

large eggs
2

all purpose flour
1 ½

baking powder

teaspoon
salt

cinnamon

pure vanilla extract

vegetable oil or butter

cup
raisins

cup
chopped nuts
pecans or walnuts
For Serving:
powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat sugar with eggs until creamy and fluffy.
Add oil or melted butter and vanilla. Mix well.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the mixture to sugar, eggs and oil and fold it gently.
Fold in chopped apples, raisins and nuts.
Pour into the prepared 9x13-inch pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow it to cool, then cut in squares and serve.
