The first time I had roasted boneless pork chops was when my parents took me to visit my grandparents in Romania. They were very fond of pork and served it every Sunday. It was delicious!

Perfect for any occasion – This is a super easy and delicious recipe to make when you have no inspiration on what to cook for dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

– Pork chops – Onions – Garlic cloves – Dried thyme – Dried rosemary – Salt – Fresh ground pepper – Red wine – Extra virgin olive oil

HOW TO MAKE

Preheat oven. Lay the pork chops on a baking pan or a pan big enough to accommodate the meat in one layer and sprinkle them generously with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary on each side.

Slice an onion and toss it together with the meat. Chop the garlic cloves in half and add them to the meat. Add the oil and red wine.

Remove the foil and continue baking until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145F.
