Ingredients:

Oats Pumpkin seeds Dried berries Coconut Flakes or Chips Maple syrup Honey Vanilla extract

STEP 1

Preheat oven then mix the wet ingredients: maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and oil in a small bowl.

STEP 2

In a large bowl, mix well oats and pumpkin seeds. Pour over the syrup and stir until all the dry ingredients get coated.

STEP 3

Grab a large baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Spread the oats mixture on this pan and bake it in the oven.

STEP 4

Remove the pan from the oven, add the dried berries and coconut, and mix well. Return the pan to the oven and continue baking.

STEP 5

Remove again from the oven and allow the granola to cool in the pan.

Store in an airtight container.
