Oatmeal Banana Almond Cookies
This recipe features almond flour, coconut, and mashed bananas, for a healthier version of the classic oatmeal cookies.

Step 1. Chop the chocolate.
Make sure you use good quality chocolate for better cookies.
Step 2.Mix the dry ingredients.
Combine dry ingredients:
- Almond flour
- Baking powder
In a large bowl or a stand-up mixer, mash the bananas to a puree.
Step 3. Mash the bananas.
Step 4. Add oil and vanilla.
Incorporate the oil and vanilla to the mashed bananas.
Step 5. Add the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the bananas and stir until well combined.
Step 6. Add chocolate.
Let's bake the cookies!
Step 7. Shape the cookies.
Press the tops gently to flatten them.
Bake the cookies until golden brown around the edges.
