Peanut Butter Chicken Stew

INGREDIENTS:

- Chicken - Onions - Canned Tomatoes - Peanut Butter - Oil and Butter

Instructions

Step 1. Prepare the ingredients. Chop the onions and chicken.

Step 2. Melt the butter, add the oil and saute the chicken.

Step 3. Add the onions. While the chicken is cooking, add the diced onion to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Step four. Add the canned tomatoes. When the meat is cooked, and the onions are soft, add diced tomatoes in tomato sauce and mix them with the rest of the ingredients.

Add water to make a sauce.  Allow the chicken to simmer in that sauce for about 10 minutes.

Step five. Add peanut butter.  Mix well to coat the chicken with the creamy peanut butter sauce.

Simmer the chicken in peanut butter sauce on low heat for about 5 minutes so the ingredients get friendly with each other.

The stew is now ready to serve with rice or your favorite vegetables.
